Return and Refund Policy:

  • Non-Returnable Products: Masonry stains, brick stains, and specialty coatings are non-returnable and non-refundable unless ordered in a stock base white. All items made to a client’s specifications, whether our base color or a custom color, will not be eligible for returns.
  • Stock White Orders: Returns are accepted within 14 days for stock white orders, Eco-Prim, and Fixativ products.
  • Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Mistaken Purchases: If the purchase was made by mistake, please get in touch with us within 24 hours so we can cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

How long will it take for me to receive a refund once I return an item?

We’ll process your refund for returns sent to us by mail or carrier after we receive and verify your return. It typically takes about 7 business days to process your return. Once we’re done, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to put funds back into your account. Additional processing time may be required during special events or holidays.

Bank Refund Processing Times: This is the average time it takes the financial institution to put the funds back into your account.*

  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
  • Debit Card: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: Up to 30 business days, can be longer depending upon your card issuer
