Masonry Sealer

Mineral Stains Masonry Sealer is a breathable, water-based formula designed for long-term protection of brick, concrete, and stone surfaces. This silane/siloxane-modified emulsion penetrates deeply into porous masonry to repel water while maintaining vapor permeability — preventing peeling, blistering, or trapped moisture damage.

Ideal for use over silicate stains, painted surface or uncoated masonry, this sealer:

• 💧 Allows trapped moisture to escape naturally

• 🧼 Cleans up easily with soap and water

• 🧊 Must be protected from freezing during storage
